The item was received in a reasonable time and the product is very good. Service is EXCELLENT. I contacted Clementine at the Coconix Leather Shop because I ran out of few of the colors I needed to match my leather couch. I just wanted three basic colors, not the entire repair kit. Unfortunately, Clementine told me they don't sell individual colors, but he took it upon himself to send me the entire kit at no extra charge. Now that's service!!! I liked that Clementine showed concern at my predicament and without hesitation, offered ( And I received) an entire kit with no charge and with a quick response time. Make sure you follow the video that you access when you scan the QR code. Start with a small spot first. Be patient. Keep going over the tear or blemish several times until the compound is set (I wish I did). Following the color-chart was the most difficult part to be able to match my couch. I added a darker shade (black) to make the compound darker and it was not on the chart. Thank you for this product. I was afraid I would have to purchase a new sofa that I could not afford. Thank you for the clear instructions and great value for the price.
