Love this wine fridge!!! SOOOOOOO quite!!! Just loud enough that you can hear it. Set it at 40 degrees and it was 38 so couple degrees cooler. Unlike other reviews mine came in perfect condition no broken glass! The blue light really tops it off. Would definitely recommend this wine refrigerator! Only thing to worry about is who has to handle it in shipping. Hopefully its a caring person.

I received my Ivation 18 bottle cooler on Sept. 7, 2017 and plugged it in immediately and set it for 54 degrees and after 4 days it had only reached 57 degrees. So after waiting a couple more days I finally called Ivation and they were more than happy to do an exchange after they received my defective unit back, but said that I would have to pay the shipping charges to return the unit and didn't care what kind of box I put it in to ship it. So I waited another couple of weeks and was ready to ship it back when suddenly the cooler dropped to 54 degrees and since then it has gone up and down the scale between 57 and 54 degrees, each day it is different.
I have changed my 3 star rating in the previous review to 4 stars mainly because of the great service provided to me by TOBY who
has worked with me to try to resolve my issues with the wine cooler. She sent me a second cooler at no charge and when I had the same problem with that one and after some research by her it was determined that the cooler works best when the home is kept at 72 degrees or less. Since I live in the hot desert and keep my home at 81 degrees during the hot summer months in order to cut energy costs, it appears that is the reason my cooler could not maintain the temperature of 54 degrees, but did reach 57 and sometimes 54 degrees. So at this point I was offered a full refund which I have accepted. So thank you Toby for your service to me.
