The amounts we include are based on the FDA's recommended daily intakes (RDIs), how common each nutrient is in the Western diet, and the most current advice from nutrition experts. Our fish oil is sustainable, our sweeteners come from inulin syrup and lo han fruit. We include the forms of nutrients that are readily used by the body whenever possible.

My daughter has tried every organic kids vitamin out there. Their taste I must say were not very pleasant and it got very hard to get her to take them. We tried Nature's Plus chewables, liquid and gummies; we also tried Garden of Life Vitamin Code but their taste was okay. These multivitamins from SmartyPants taste great and I can't imagine any kid not liking these vitamins; they are that good. Previously they had constipation issues but this smartpants product seems to help. My 2 yr old won't eat the Lil Critters but my 5 & 9 yr old do. So I bought these and I have to fight with my 2 year old that they aren't candy. I always taste everything I give my kids and these are the best tasting gummy vitamins out there! They aren't as chewy as typical gummies, they are a little soft making it perfect for my 2 year old.
